The "Back From The Dead" email is an excellent way to reactivate old prospects who did not engage at their Family Wealth Planning Session.
In your automation, this email goes out every December 1st to a highly cultivated list of prospects in your system.
Refer to this video to identify who on your list will receive this email. When you click on Campaign Contacts Waiting, if the page that loads does not look the same as in the video, click on the Edit Criteria/Columns button, then continue following the video:
Once you have your list, you may decide that you want to remove someone from the campaign. Click on their name to go into their contact record, click on the Campaigns tab, and click "Remove" to the right of the Back from the Dead sequence.
You may also decide that you want to add someone (say if you started Accelerator partway through the year). Go into their contact record, click on the Campaigns tab, click "Add to Sequence", choose PFL 1.5.2 Long-Term To Complete, and then "Back From the Dead Email" and click Save.
