You have two choices when scheduling a Family Wealth Planning Session manually, meaning either over the phone or by back-and-forth emails to settle on a good date and time.
Once you have a date and time agreed upon, login to your Infusionsoft app and submit the PFL FWPS Intake internal form. You can choose from either the Full version or the Quick version.
You want to use the Full version if you need guidance in the form itself with how to conduct a prospective client phone call. The Full version inserts the fields you need to fill out while guiding you through the exact script to hold a successful phone call to get a prospect scheduled for their FWPS.
You want to use the Quick version once you know the phone script very well and don't need the guide from the Full form anymore, or if you have already agreed upon a date and time via back-and-forth email.
